This is a word-by-word online study of Patañjali’s YogaSūtra, Chapter 1. The entire course will last approximately 1 1/2 yrs, broken into series. Each Series is comprised of 4 Thursdays of 1 hour sessions online. This allows you to absorb the lesson, experience it in your daily life, then come back and share what you experienced in the next class.
