You may already know you want more than 1 month of meditations. If you are seeking positive and sustainable change in your life, this option is for you. We’ve made it easy to keep this supportive aspect of your meditation life going consistently and beautifully with the “more” option. You get a better monthly price ($49/month) when you jump in and say “keep me subscribed, I know how much I will benefit by doing this every month”. We also priced this lower because we know you can’t make every Wednesday – but this option reminds you to stay involved as often as possible. And, of course, we’ll send you a link to the recording after each meditation so you can do them on your own time (for up to 45 days). Don’t worry you can unsubscribe at any time.

Want to try it out for a month? No problem. 1 month of Wednesday Morning Meditations is just $59. This gives you a chance to see how different this kind of meditation is, and how it prepares you for deep meditation experiences. We feel confident you will feel notice how calm, cool, and collected you feel afterward, even in stressful situations. And we’re sure you’ll recognize the other benefits as well! This option also includes our sending you a link so that you can view the recordings afterwards (for 45 days) as your schedule allows.

Wednesday Morning Meditations

“Teach what is inside you not as it applies to you, but as it applies to the other” – T. Krishnamacharya

As teachers, there is no substitute for our own experience. The only way to share the power of meditation is to learn and experience that power for yourself.

Meditation is the true heart of yoga, and yet we’re rarely given the tools we need to become effective meditators. A key aspect is left out – how to prepare our minds to accept the meditation. That makes it very hard to teach others how to access this profound skill. This style of meditation bridges the gap between our busy modern lives and the quiet, centered states we yearn for.

It prepares your mind and puts you in the right state to let the meditation work. Join us each Wednesday morning this month for a half hour guided meditation (including short asana and pranayama preparation) where you will see for yourself the missing steps that have kept you from working your way into the deeper states. And in the process, you will focus your mind, reduce your stress and come back toward balance.

Each month we focus the meditation around a different object – the sun, moon, trees, birds, waterfalls, tigers – each one brings out a different aspect of the meditation, and produces a different result. So each month you’ll experience a different facet of what the meditation has to offer. If you’re interested in learning more about meditation practices, how it works or how to build meditation courses, this weekly half hour is very, very worthwhile.

Want to teach meditation?

If you are teaching meditation now, or want to teach meditation, check out our How To Teach Meditation class – it follows the Wednesday Morning Meditation class twice a month.

What Students Are Saying...

“I would definitely be eager to have more of Chase. There was so much enthusiasm in the room. I was on the edge of my chair waiting to hear what he had next to say. Yay!”

Maya Donna Edwards

“I am feeling overwhelmingly great this morning. Your weekly meditation and meditation planning… webinars are a fascinating, delicious treat. I’m feeling so much more confident now. The impossible seems more doable.”

Carrie Heeter

Wednesday Morning Meditations

“Thank you again for your lovely retreat yesterday. You both shed light on so many nuanced shifts that I’d been making but hadn’t really paused to think about. It was really a joy this morning to recognize them and feel that extra nudge to embrace and more clearly “link” with them.”

Kate Vogt

“I am sincerely grateful for having had the opportunity to bring you to little Sturgis, SD. Bringing you here, I had high expectations, and you, your teaching style, and the workshop in its entirety greatly exceeded those expectations.”
