About Us:

The Yoga Well Institute has developed a diverse set of activities in Yoga and Āyurveda including online classes, multiyear in-person trainings, private one-to-one sessions and weekend seminars. We are continuing an age-old lineage and our students have created a rich and important community that we are committed to growing. We have a solid, growing team that shares a common grounding in spirituality and an understanding of intra-personal transformation work. We are about 8 years old, our core team is less than 10 people with a faculty of about 25; we are spread out over three continents in four time zones.

We are committed to equality and equity for all humans. We welcome team members from typically marginalized communities like BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Veterans etc.

About You:

You love what you do and know what you are good at. And you love people. You value relationships and transformational spiritual work. You desire to see the world become a better place through individuals becoming more authentic versions of themselves. You are comfortable with Nonviolent Communication or similar approaches to communication. 

You have experience working in a remote team as well as in small businesses. You are adaptable and roll with constant change. You are very tech savvy and use technology to improve communications and efficiency. You have solid experience and skills in the world of business that you would like to put to use working for a company that is human focused.
